Maybe have a brief list of what managers can say. I feel like in the other draft people are getting too elaborate posting YouTube videos and making 50 diagrams maybe just post your formation then list style of play and tempo Defensive tactic/pressure Set pieces
Before votes are coming. One last thing about suspensions. I want to leave open the possibility that a X player be suspended for next match, but the probability of this ocurring will be a rare ocurrence. So, votes for cautions (red/yellows card) is not mandatory. But, to make it effective, it will be needed 50% of the votes, imperatively. For both, Red and Yellow cards (for example, 6/12 votes, booked to Vinnie Jones, it makes effective the caution). The votes for cautions aren't cummulative, just effective yellows. A Red Card for double yellow or straight Red, is allowed. The player suspended will not be suspended anymore. For the Final, a general amnesty will be given.
Perhaps we should wait for the 4 teams being sent before posting them due to squad rotation/ not the same 11 more than 2 times?
There's no need to rush. But, I'll wait between today and tomorrow all teams will be exposed, in order to get a couple of days for voting. So, all results from Round 1, will be ready this sunday.
Yes of course, agree on this. I meant, maybe not posting only 2 XI of one group but wait to post the 4 at once or the two following teams can plan different things seing the 11 we have just chosen. Most of all in the future, for now, for once, say it's not much of a problem.
Just missing one match from Group 3, and another one from Group 4. Group 1 and Group 2 are ready to vote, using the Conversations created.
OK, all matches are ready to vote. Group 1 Group 2 Group 3 Group 4 (I'll give this last group, 12 hours to add comments on their tactics, before voting) The considerations for voting, are in this very thread.
There are 7 votes, by now: PDG, bigman, Peru, argentine, wm442, nirvaanfc, and myself. Let me know, if I'm missing someone
Half-Time reportsGroup1: The first game for this group, is being a tight contest, with forwards from both sides scoring and the hardmen from both sides giving a verbal warning. This opening match is being a very rude game. In the 2nd match, the forwards are shining in an entertaining game. Scoring the fast forwards from both sides. Group2: The first game is being an opening game with many scoring chances, forwards from both sides scoring one. Two defensive men from one side had given a verbal warning!!! In the 2nd match, the blues are leading the game. with one of the forwards scoring and starring. One defender of the opposing side seems to had given a yellow for fouling a forward in the box area, it was a tumultuous action with many players demanding the referee change his decision. Group3: The first match is being a very attacking game, with forwards from both sides scoring, this causes that defenders from both sides are making fouls, being very close the first yellow. One of the goals was an unclear play, referee will check the VAR in order to give a probably own goal !!! The 2nd match, is also a dirty game, but, players take turns making fouls to avoid warnings. One of the strikers scores a goal. Group4: A very tight match for the first game, with one of the midfielders having the Best Game of all players, so far, creating a lot of chances, and assisting his fast striker to score the first goal of his team. The 2nd match, is also a tight game with both star goalscorers having chances. Many fouls are commited but not so hard to merit some warning, so far.

Round 2 is open now. Managers can send his team in the Conversations according the Fixture in each group. Please, include the Era chosen for your players. I'll try to make a short report of the matches, and the agregate voting, tomorrow night.
My team is a little more disappointed, or confused, about only scoring one goal in that game (especially that we didn't convert more from chances created on the wings, but also via the Hidegkuti/Cruyff connection) than about conceding two (we think we have a very good defence and it could have contained the opposition quite well but clearly they had an excellent selection of attacking options including of course Pele coming into the inside left area). However, on a personal note, I did manage to agree with the Man of the Match selection committee on all 6 MOTM awards for the games in the other groups!
And named a few of the goalscorers (unsurprisingly), and 'predicted' nearly every result (not the exact scoreline in every case though as I had a few different, including my highest scoring prediction of a 3-2 result in the 'Peruvian Derby'!) - just different on one with my verdict of OT_Capitano managing to get a point, with an extra goal scored. It's strange in a way not voting on the other game in my group, but totally understandable in this format (so nobody is tempted to vote the way that would benefit their team at any point, even by arguing in our own heads that's what we really think lol!). So I didn't study that one or choose a result in my head - maybe that means I not only couldn't watch the game as it was being played at the same time as mine, but also didn't send a scout or get somebody to record it so I could watch it later. Anyway, the news about Roy Keane's yellow card is quite welcome lol!
