    From SempreMilan:

"Musah (6): He had a very good start to the game and continued to look good when in possession. He dropped off a little towards the end, probably due to fatigue, which is understandable."

Thought he played very well today...faded towards the end...looked completely gassed.

Musah played the full 90 minutes - well, far more than 90 minutes - in Milan's 1-0 away victory today over Genoa. He earned an assist on the Pulisic winner with a cross from the right side.

Another strong performance in midfield today IMO. Milan will finish the weekend in 1st place in Serie A, and Musah's role in the squad is clearly on the ascent.

tbh, even a Musah who can put in a wall-to-wall 90 minutes is a big upgrade for the USMNT -- he didn't have that kind of stamina a year ago.

glad he's earning his way there. hope the Milan coaches have the savvy to draw out that last bit of talent from Musah that could make him a world-class player.

Milan has six games between the international breaks ...

    Sun 10/22- home v Juventus (3rd)
    Wed 10/25- away @ PSG
    Sun 10/29- @ Napoli (5th)
    11/4- v Udinese (17th)
    Sat Tue 11/7- v PSG
    Sat 11/11- @ Lecce (9th)

Our two guys are healthy, but many other players are out with injuries (and disciplinary issues).

Berhalter had kind words for everyone involved in tomorrow's match, but especially nice to hear ...

Musah, Weah and McKennie also told me they were happy in Italy.

    Weah, McKennie and Musah?

“Tim Weah is everyone’s friend, McKennie the funniest. And then there’s Musah, the sun: everyone around him feels his warmth.”

    Meaning what?

“Musah is very strong and never leaves you alone. He is a complete, dynamic and flexible midfielder.”

Entertaining stuff, if not a wee bit over the top. I like how he is rubbing the Harry Potter theme in Wes' face. LOL

He was so-so, but a 10-man game is hard to scout.

Yes, he was very limited in what he could do. But in the second half, he showed off some flashy offensive moves several times. He doesn't have Messi smoothness, but he can be effective. He did have some bad passes, but I thought he was okay.

Big game today, with both Musah and Pulisic listed among the 'probable starters.'

AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli appears to have settled on the starting line-up that will take to the field at the Parc des Princes against Paris Saint-Germain tonight.
    ....
In midfield Yunus Musah and Tijjani Reijnders should keep their places following the defeat to Juventus at the weekend and they will flank Rade Krunic who is tipped to start at the base of the three.
    ....
Probable Milan XI (4-3-3): Maignan; Kalulu, Tomori, Thiaw, T. Hernandez; Reijnders, Krunic, Musah; Pulisic, Giroud, Leao.

Probable PSG XI (4-3-3): Donnarumma; Hakimi, Marquinhos, Skriniar, L. Hernandez; Ugarte, Vitinha; Dembele, G. Ramos, Mbappé, Barcola.

BTW kudos to @LouisianaViking07/09 who wanted our guys to go to Italy.

It's going a lot better than expected for them over there, if we're being honest.

Both of our guys now confirmed to start. What a great opportunity for Musah - getting regular starts in the CL before he’s even 21!

    Sempre Milan:
Musah (7.5): He was everywhere tonight and ensured that Milan won that midfield battle, especially in the first half. It’s a shame that other mistakes led to two conceded goals, because the American along with a few others really made life difficult for Napoli.

Pulisic (7): The winger did absolutely everything right in the first half and that assist for Giroud was fantastic. He was subbed off at half-time due to a minor knock, though, and we didn’t get to see more of him.

    Yunus Musah – 7

His endless work ratio made Milan boss the midfield, especially in the first half. He was everywhere, winning back possession time and time again. Could’ve crowned his admirable effort with a goal, but Meret pulled off a massive save to thwart him late in the first half.

    Christian Pulisic – 7

Must have picked up an injury as Pioli left him in the dressing room at halftime following a jaw-dropping first-half performance. Napoli couldn’t take the ball away from his feet, while his excellent cross for Giroud’s second came as a fitting reward for a sterling display.

    Making a difference!
Yunus Musah, Rossoneri midfielder and the face of the initiative, added: “I am proud to be a part of a Club that supports such initiatives and I hope that this project can inspire each of us to adopt more sustainable practices in our daily lives. It’s the small actions that make a difference.”
