Ok, I got this idea from the Arsenal board where they chose the best XI in the Premiership without any arsenal players. Thought it was a good idea for a post so I decided to put it on the City board. (Funny thing though, alot of people seem to love our defense, you'll see Richards, Corluka, and Dunne in most of their squads). My starting XI (w/o any City players): Van Der Sar Sagna--Terry--Gallas--A. Cole C. Ronaldo--Gerrard--Anderson--Hleb Fernando Torres--Adebayor
Scott Carson Bacary Sagna - Ricardo Carvalho - Rio Ferdinand - Juliano (i think that's his first name) Belleti Christiano Ronaldo - Paul Scholes - Cesc Fabregas - Alexander Hleb Didier Drogba - Fernando Torres Subs: Nemanja Vidic, Anderson, Wayne Rooney, Carlos Tevez, Micheal Essien. That's a pretty handy team, can create out of nothing and the forwards have me drooling.
Cech Hutton - Terry - Gallas - Clichy Ronaldo - Fabregas - Hargreaves - Cole Torres - Berbetov Whats funny is that I think we could put Richards or Corluka in there easily. Dunne would face a bit more comp. to get in.
I almost didn't make this thread because I was having a hard choosing the right defenders without Richards or Corluka. It makes me mad though that we all HAVE to use Cristiano Ronaldo. IMO, he is the biggest baby and diver in the world, but at the same time he is just performing this year and you can't help but say he's also the BEST in the world. (Something I really do hate to admit).
