Arsenal is currently running a special on Red Memberships http://www.arsenal.com/membership Pay for this year get next year free. Basically gives you a few more months of Membership than you would get just buying next year. Membership is £30. It's a bit much, but if you are planning to go to a game we heartily / strongly / absolutely recommend it. Why? Well, we have our own ArsenalAmerica membership scheme, which gives you access to the tickets that we have in our pile and some that we get thrown our way from other clubs, but getting a Red Membership allows you to enter into the Arsenal Ticket Exchange. This ticket exchange has been a ROARING success for Arsenal fans in that it allows season ticket holders who cannot go to a game (sick kid, business meeting, etc) to resell their tickets to Red members for FACE VALUE. That way every seat is taken, and no one has to go to the F$%$#% scalpers to get a ticket. We're planning on continuing some sort of ticketing next year (the full extent is yet to be determined) but if you are serious about going to a match next year, please consider joining the Red Membership scheme from Arsenal FC. You also get a neat membership packet with a DVD and some other stuff too.

Out of curiosity I was reading and I think what I understood is that with a red membership you can only buy 1 ticket. If this is correct how do you go to a game with a friend and sit next to each other?
that's what it says on Arsenal.com I have Red membership but haven't used it for tickets so I really have no expericence about it.
I'm just curious how you can visit four times, yet only have one seat. Surely you can get more than four matches?
Maybe this means that you are only allowed 1 seat per member, and you can buy a maximum of 4 seats together (for 4 members) per visit to the stadium. Link to that page? EDIT: From the FAQs "Can a member purchase more than one ticket per game with their card? No as we try to make the scheme as fair as possible and help maximise ticket availability to Red level members." As a Red member I can buy one ticket for each match. If I had three friends who were all red members, I could buy 4 tickets to each match, but I would have to have all their membership numbers to allocate each ticket against. I have loved my Red membership this year and highly recommend it. Just hoping I can get one more ticket with it (Man Utd CL or Stoke) before I fly home in 40 days.
