ouch, lol lol, but you see it and I agree, cranberry juice cannot be drunk warm... altho no juice can be
I'm pretty sure Marquez has scored more headers than both those players. Keita is also good in the air but he's not really a starter.
For a few months at least. Don't see him coming back to Europe though, will probably just stay in South America like Riquelme. I guess for every Eduardo who comes out of Brazil there is an Adriano to squander the greatest opportunity in the world.
So he's as thick-headed as he is underwhelming. You can't learn anything if you're not open to doing so. His problem is that he thinks he's a bigger and better player than he is. No way was he getting Flamini's spot during that season. Douche.
So this yutz doesn't like Arsene Wenger, but he does like Jose (Special One) Mourinho and Juande Ramos. In a related story, he sold his Ferrari and exchanged it for a Pacer and a Yugo.
he says he has forgotten his time at Arsenal yet still finds a way to talk bad about his time here and Wenger... Song>>Diarra
Diarra can kiss my ass. He wasn't here long enough to learn anything. If he weren't so thick, he would have realized that. It's his loss not ours because Wenger has made turned youngsters with equal or more talent than his into real stars. Diarra is good, but he hasn't reached that level yet, and with M. Diarra returning next season, he may well find his place on the bench.
I'm just a neutral, but it seems to me that given how Diarra has developed this year, he would fit in very well to your current first team, which could use a destroyer with good distribution skills in the center of the midfield. This is putting all the history and interpersonal conflicts aside, obviously.
The one thing we do not need is an ego and disruption in the dressing room. I don't care if he's developed into a good player or not.
Although I agree that someone of his skill set early in the season could have helped us a good bit, I disagree that he fits well into our side. He's a tidy player on the ball, but he's to slow to distribute (at least in the games I watched last season for us). Much like Diaby, he keeps the ball at his feet too long with his head down and let's the defense regroup. Over the course of the season Denilson and Song have really stepped up to initiate our quick passing game--I don't think Diarra ever got this. They've also been better defensively as of late--Song especially. One of AW's favorite stats is average time of possession for a player and I don't think Diarra adapted into what AW wanted. If what Diarra says about not talking to Wenger is true, it makes me think his purchase was more about economics than him being a replacement for Gilberto.
So I'm doing my best to stay away from anywhere that could reveal the ARsenal result, and am instead stuck with watching chelsea slaughter bolton. This will be a long day.
Holy f*ck that was close. Shot blocked right in front of the line from the last corner. Its really not fair that the ref blew the whistle, chelsea just kept clearing out for another corner, bolton deserved another chance. Chelsea are weak.
