Isn't Katrina Guillou also an American? born in Washington D.C and her whole career until she started playing in Finland in 2018 seem to be in the USA. She played for Phillipines today scoring a disallowed goal.

Pretty much. The Philippines held their selection camp in California and drew mostly from US-based players. They have surpassed Mexico in the percentage of US-raised players they feature.

She most probably was one of the Thai players who were hit by covid. Thailand had so few players available that they didn't make any subsitution in 90'+injury time, despite the game being played under hot weather conditions.
