Just getting this out there in advance (first page) any mistakes the referees made were not really mistakes and VAR is awful and has ruined soccer. Please refer back as needed. ;>)

It was a pretty obvious hold, but the ref was ready for that. Well done.

 

1. That decision to not flag for offside on Rapinoe didn’t seem close at all.

2. Definitely should have been a caution for Simulation.

 

Interesting sequence there, with several decisions:

Rapinoe potentially offside...
GK comes out of box gets ball first, but also puts studs right into Rapinoe's ankle
Then Mewis dives.

This is the second game where Morgan has become injured surprisingly at the 30 minute mark allowing the team to get a water break.
