No problem. I'm happy to do it. It was great for the R's to finally get their first league road win -- glad I could keep you updated.

    Other Second Division results today:
    Barnsley 1:1 Oldham
    Bournemouth 1:0 Sheffield Wednesday
    Brentford 0:0 Blackpool
    Brighton 1:0 Chesterfield
    Bristol City 2:0 Tranmere
    Grimsby 1:2 Swindon
    Luton 2:0 Port Vale
Notts County 1:3 Rushden & Diamonds
    Peterborough 2:2 Plymouth
    Stockport 1:2 Hartlepool
    Wycombe 1:2 Colchester

So, I think the top of the table looks like this after today:

    1. Port Vale -- 8 GP, +2, 16
    2. Hartlepool -- 8 GP, +10, 15
    ------
    3. QPR -- 8 GP, +10, 15 (Hartlepool has scored two more goals than the R's based on their 8-1 thrashing of Grimsby last Friday)
    4. Swindon -- 8 GP, +6, 15
    5. Barnsley -- 8 GP, +4, 15
    6. Brighton -- 8 GP, +4, 14
    ------
    7. Sheffield Wednesday -- 8 GP, +3, 14
    8. Bristol City -- 8 GP, +7, 13
    9. Plymouth Argyle -- 8 GP, +4, 13
    10. Rushden & Diamonds -- 8 GP, +2, 13
    11. Luton Town -- 8 GP, +2, 13
    12. Bournemouth -- 8 GP, +1, 12
    13. Colchester -- 8 GP, 0, 11

And, no goals conceded at Loftus Road yet!

Decent start, but the top of the table is sure jammed right now. I might calm down after the first of the year. :D

Yeah, I think Wednesday, Swindon and Bristol City will still have lots to say this season.

True, but just as good, last night we took the "clean sheet" act on the road for the first time. Having given up 2, 3, and 2 in our first three league away matches, it was nice to go on the road and get the shutout.

However, we've now got to find a way to figure out how to finish an away game with 11 men!
