At this stage, we are better without him. If he plays, it disrupts a few things in our system. Ideally, he should be a super-sub but his king status among the Portuguese football federation automatically means he starts.
Honestly I agree, if CR7 cannot score against Ghana or perform well, we need to look at other attacking options in the future fixtures, for example maybe we keep Felix or G Ramos on for half and then sub Ronaldo on or vice versa.. We have such insane depth at attack that we have that privilege.. Ramos, CR7, Felix, Leao, Andre Silva, it is really endless. Thank God this WC we have 5 subs.. Things looking real good for Portugal.. I heard Benzema is out for good, France plagued with injury bug.. Kante, Pogba, Nkunku, Benzema, Maignan, Kimpembe...
