Womens games on TFC

    There's a thread on this in the international section, but I'd never have seen it if I didn't stumble on a game while surfing--

    TFC has committed a huge amount of air time to covering live and in rerun the women's UEFA club championship... I just watched Sweden and Denmark play to a 1-1 draw, and developed a healthy respect for Victoria Svensson's knee surgeon; and a Danish winger named Johansen

    If you like the women's game in general as well as the U S team in specific, Andy Mead has posted a schedule of games and times in the thread over there...

    They're also doing a lot on FSC.

    WTF is the "STS" channel on DirecTV that is right next to GOL and FSC????

    "STS" stands for Setanta Sports. They play soccer ALL THE TIME.

    Channels 613, 614, and 615 on DirecTV are amazing... simply amazing.
