I'm not a Chelsea fan, but if they wanted to hook up with us (similar to Arsenal and the Rapids) that brought money into our pockets and renamed us the Blues, well, I sure wouldn't have a problem with it.
Yeah, some sort of agreement with LAG about player sharing ...announced last summer. I think they are to play some games against them too.
You guys have a great name. DOn't change it. People mock your name but they are just jealous because their team names suck or they fell vicitm to rebranding. It has a connotation to Oz. But changing from Wiz and getting rid of the rainbow colors were great moves IMHO.
We understand it's a reference to the Wizard of Oz; that's why about half of us want to change it. Why couldn't Dorothy have been from North Dakota or something?
with the new logo? Not this season. I believe Chad had mentioned earlier that the jerseys this season will have the old logo on it.
Nope. Sorry guys. The kit this year will have the "old" logo on it. We're doing what we can to make sure as much merchandise as possible carries the new logo (the old secondary one), but a lot of the stuff that comes directly from adidas will still have the old one, jerseys included.
Speaking of new merchandise, do you know yet if we are going to have better stuff to buy at the stadium this season? Last year, it was slim pickins.

They don't sell those light blue ones anymore? That was the first Wizards scarf I ever bought. I believe The Cauldron is getting ready to make another order of the scarves we sold last season.
The last few matches I attended they didn't have any at concessions. Could be they were sold out or I was looking in the wrong place. Though, if there is an order going in, I'll take one.
Yeah, the lack of stuff was due to the "no ownership/uncertain future" thing we had going for us last season. As Merlin stated, it should be much improved this season.
You were, unfortunately, looking in the wrong place. They never were for sale at the concession stands, but were at our tailgates and just walking up to one of us and asking, "Hey, where'd you get that?" And welcome to BS.
The scarves shown above were not sold at the concessions, they are sold by the Cauldron directly. We are hoping to get an order out this week so we will have them available by the home opener. Just stop by the tailgate before the game.
I believe we sold all but maybe 1 of them. I wanna say we ordered 250 or so. Ben would have the exact number as he placed the order.
So what are the scarves for this year going to look like? Or are they the same as last? If they are new I'd be interested in one.
