Tottenham was in five CL Group Stages and five EL Group Stages in the last ten seasons including 2019-2020. Man City won the EFL Cup, which means sixth goes to the Europa League. Chelsea is in third and will finish no worse than fifth. Arsenal is in seventh and they could move up to seventh. If Arsenal wins the FA Cup and finishes below seventh, seventh doesn't qualify for the EL. Here are the scenarios for Tottenham to miss the EL:

    1. Arsenal wins at Aston Villa, Arsenal wins hosting Watford, and Tottenham loses at Crystal Palace. Then the EL clubs will be known because the FA Cup Final will be between two of the top seven.

    2. Arsenal wins at Aston Villa, Arsenal wins hosting Watford, and Tottenham draws at Crystal Palace, and Arsenal's wins combined are by at least 7 to pass Tottenham in goal differential.

    3. Arsenal wins at Aston Villa, Arsenal wins hosting Watford, and Tottenham draws at Crystal Palace, Arsenal's wins combined are by 6 to tie Tottenham in goal differential, and Arsenal scores at least 8 more goals in two games than Tottenham scores in one game. If Arsenal scores exactly 8 more goals than Tottenham to tie Tottenham on goal differential and goals scored, Tottenham wins the head-to-head tiebreaker.

    4. Wolves (at Chelsea) and Tottenham do any of the following and Arsenal wins the FA Cup:
    A. Wolves win
    B. Tottenham loses
    C. Both clubs draw
If Tottenham wins and Wolves doesn't, Tottenham will pas Wolves. If Tottenham draws and Wolves loses points will be tied. Tottenham's +14 is better than Wolves' +13, so if Tottenham draws and Wolves loses, Tottenham will win the goal differential tiebreaker.
