Options are: Kuijt, Kalou, Sneijder, Van Bommel, Van der Vaart, Castelen.
Selfishly I hope it's not Kuijt, Kalou or Castelen. If I had to guess, I'd say van Bommel is the most likely to go.
I can understand where you're coming from, but then we'd have no real threat on a "vrije trap". Nevertheless, you're right: Sneijder is looking to become Ajax's version of Robin van Persie if he's not careful.
I think the Ajax boys are quite safe for now (as frankly they're pretty rubbish at the moment), but Feyenoord and PSV need to worry. There's no way PSV can keep van Bommel if Real offers a decent sum, same goes for Feyenoord with Kuijt and Kalou. Remember I also predicted Zlatan's departure to Juve (and no-one on here believed that either).
