Of course, we will win the league. That's a given. Looking over the EPL right now I would say that the next tier of teams is Chelsea and ManU. Liverpool may sneak in but for now let's say no. So, would you rather see Chelsea or ManU in second? And why?
Chelsea because I want them to be so close that they can taste it, but break their hearts in the end. I want ManU in 7th. I don't know why, but "Man Utd Finish Seventh" would make a nice headline and it kind of rolls off the tongue.
I am torn. If there were someway they could both be DQed and tossed, that would be best. But, in the end, it comes down to one man alone. Sir Alex just doesn't annoy me the same way Mourinho does. I want him to spend as much as possible and win absolutely nothing next season.
Blackburn, Aston Villa, Sunderland, Wigan, West Ham, Portsmouth, Birmingham, Bolton, Charlton, Everton, Fulham, Liverpool, Man City, Middlesbrough, Newcastle, & West Brom........ IN A SIXTEEN-WAY TIE!
I can almost hear Rick's knuckles crackling as he gets ready for some "creative editing"... Seriously, though, I don't know who I'd want to finish second. If it was just based on players, I'd say Chelsea, as I don't want Rooney or Ruud or The Nameless One thinking they're actually decent, plus it would give Shareholders United ammo to say that clearly the club is getting worse under Glazer already. But then there's Mourinho and Kenyon. I think the only solution is to have someone besides them finish second. It's the only fair way to settle this.
It's gotta be Chelsea, I agree with whoever said, ManU in seventh roles off the tounge. Could you imagine the Red Devils outta the top three, that would be fantastic.
Don't you mean Colegate? Keeps the teeth white of all enterprising criminal masterminds such as yourself and Mr. Scorpio.
Obviously Arsenal 1st.. How about Arsenal reserves 2nd and Arsenal ladies 3rd ? Okay we might need a helping hand from the PL on that one, but according our Chelsea mates, David Dein can help out there
