Lo que hizo con Peru para llegar es grande...PERO ya ahi es otra cosa. We can say Peru played to it's limit with it's players and talent pool ; many will say Peru was unlucky. I agree they could have put chances away but I don't see him as a step forward. Peru was pretty much locked into their formation due to the player pool, I think they punched above their weight due to the fact they simply played together for a long time.
