Hey guys Please answer me this: An attacker has the ball and as he prepares to kick it, from behing comes an opponent and steals it. The attacker doesn't see the opponent coming, and as a result he hits the O leg as he touches the ball. Please tell me who commits the foul, and if you know under which rule is this judged. I thing it's the opponent's fault and it falls under "dangerous play" rule. Thanks.
