Who have the rights/license to broadcast soccer games?

I'm wondering who own the right to broadcast of those European leagues, such as EPL, Serie A, Bundesliga, La Liga, Dutch and French leagues (can't remember their names)?

I think BSkyB has the right for EPL, not sure though. I'd appreciate any answer, even if you're not sure, thanks!

plus a host of smaller South American leagues
