So Richetti isn't on the travel squad for the Tigres match tomorrow. Is he hurt? Has anyone seen him out at training?

Perhaps they have a trade in the works and are holding him out...

Perhaps Visa issues for Internationals traveling to other countries.

Perhaps, but I looked through the FCD blog posts on visa issues and the only time Pablo came up was in the first installment several weeks ago...

His name hasn't come up in any of the visa posts since then. Of course things could have changed but it doesn't seem like the visa would be an issue with him.

The blog stated Pablo had his P-1 visa cleared (the one that allowed him to work in the U.S) quickly during the off-season. As such, he re-entered the United States last month without a problem.

As an Argentine and Italian citizen, he does not need a visa to enter Mexico. He can enter either of those countries with only a passport, just like U.S. citizens.

There's got to be another reason. Maybe he's injured. Maybe Morrow already knows he's keeping Ricchetti and he wants to see Serioux and Saragosa fight it out.
