    Also, I don't think I have ever eaten a "sweet" chourico from Portugal. Maybe you are talking about supermarket italian sausage!

    My chourico is caseiro. It is the best ever, at least they rave and rave about it and tell and me it's the best they have ever had.

    I just had some morcela and broa with some Duque de Viseu tinto. I had something to celebrate.
