I've been having trouble extending my foot because of a sore achilles i got when i slipped on my field, and its been bothering me for the past week now... does anyone know the best way to treat a sore achilles? i have been icing every day, but it doesn't seem to get any better
help Get one of those rubber elastic excersie bands and put it on your foot and rotate it clock wise streching and also stregthing this will help you not to get it and make it go away in 3 days .. faster if you do it every day dont do calf raises because its a different muscle or just rotate your foot in a figure 8...
