I will using the word Football but of course in the US we need to use the word soccer.

But, when I am talking to some one from Europe and I say Soccer I feel like very stupid person :D So I know that I need to use the correct work. Football and in Spanish Futbol. =8)

    What about you guys?

I call it football so that my secretary understands the code when I say I'm going to a "foot doctor's appointment" - she then knows I'm going out for a LONG lunch to watch a match at the local pub.

But do you say it like an Englishman? "Foot-bowl?" Or like a Latino? "Fut-boall?" Or like an Anglo? "Football?"

    :)
