I've looked over the matches and IMHO the one to watch is Olympia vs Santos Laguns. Follwed closely by Sounders and San Fransico. I will watch what ever games are on but those should be the best.
A poll would have been nice. But yes, Olimpia-Santos is probably going to be the best. (Best 2 countries in the CCL so far).
Well to give another answer, Alianza vs Dallas. Great offense (Alianza) vs great defense (Dallas) in front of good crowds in both legs.
OLimpia vs Santos Laguna Olimpa being one of the best non Mexican teams in Concacaf. Santos will surely play some if not many reserves and that is where Olimpia can hope for an upset. frankly these teams should probably have avoided each other in the prelims.
Total guesswork, I'd rank them. Of course, does best mean the highest quality match, or the one that is most evenly matched? Some matches may have two evenly matched poor teams, others may have one real good team that outclasses the opponent. 1. Santos Laguna (Mex) v. Olimpia (Hon) ------------------------------ 2. Motagua (Hon) v. Municipal (Gua) 3. San Francisco (Pan) v. Seattle (USA) 4. Alianza (Slv) v. FC Dallas (USA) 5. Isidro Metapan (Slv) v. Puerto Rico Islanders (PR) ------------------------------- 6. Herediano (CRC) v. Alpha United (Guy) 7. Morelia (Mex) v. Tempete (Hai) 8. Toronto FC (Can) v. Real Esteli (Nic) I think all could be pretty competitive ties, save for the Morelia match. A bit worried there and for Alpha United as well.
