I have lost 13 lbs over the past 2 months, taking Victoza for a month and the Ozempic for three weeks. I have about 20 more to drop. Not super happy about taking more drugs, injections at that (Victoza is a daily jab), but it is working.
Currently it's just real awkward to try to get a visa into the country, though. Right now a tourist visa only gets you a guided tour, I'm pretty sure. I haven't heard anything about that opening up.
Nah, Japan's still really strict on it. https://www.insidekyoto.com/can-i-travel-to-japan-now The country's economy is taking a beating and instead of allowing vital tourism money to come in, they're telling young people to drink more.

Ordered a couple of Portillo’s plant-based Chicago hot dogs tonight. Portillo’s isn’t my go to, honestly not even in my top five for hot dogs in and around the city, but I don’t have any problems with them and offering something like this is a good way for them to get my money, as I’m working to cut out meat as much as possible from my diet. The dogs weren’t great, but they weren’t bad. If someone had never had a Chicago hot dog before and tried this, it gives a good idea of what the taste is like, even if it’s not exact. It is missing the “snap” of a Vienna hot dog, regrettably, but I think I can def get used to it over time. A friend of mine told me about Buona Beef’s meat free Italian beef a while back, and I am a much bigger fan of that than i of this. Either way, definitely a couple foods worth trying to form your own opinion on as more and more places start to develop meatless alternatives to their main offerings.
I tried them both and yes, the worst part of the veggie dog is the dog itself. As for the beef, I don’t miss meat but a vegetarian that does would probably love the veggie beef.
