I have read an awful lot on the internet today, but that may be the strangest sentence I have read all day.

    Well done, young man.

WestWorld. I remember thinking that Robots, Nuclear War, or an asteroid would be the death of us all. Now I feel like that's giving humanity way too much ********ing credit.

    Watched "Midsommer" last night.

Between this movie and all of the Nordic "noir" shows ("Wallender," "The Bridge," "Midnight Sun," "Rebecka Martinsson," "Dicte" (the last season sucked), The Lisbeth Salandar movies, etc.), it makes me think twice about my plans to retire to Sweden.

Maybe my second choice, Scotland. However, I watched too much "Shetland," "Case Histories," "Rebus" and, of course, "Outlander," etc. to move there.

The middle of England is right out, I guess. I have watched almost every season of "Midsomer Murders," "Silent Witness," "Waking the Dead" and the delightful "Murder is Suburbia" (at least the first season is delightful. Lisa Faulkner can investigate me anytime).

I guess anywhere I go, I will be murdered in some grizzly, horrible manner. I might as well pick the place I like the best and (with Scotland) has the best beer.

I fell into the dark hole called youtube highlight videos, I found some Sebastian Deisler videos, and they involve him setting the ball up for set pieces or corners, him falling over, hacking someone or getting into shoving matches. NO actual highlights in the highlights. The genius behind these oddities is Horatio Bernado, I suggest checking the videos out if you would like to be confused.

Doing a blogpost for my film class about the influence of Satoshi Kon on western film. This was his final piece, a short film for NHK to just be filler between programming:

If someone already posted I apologize but this little 1 season Netflix series is like "Peaky Blinders" on Football... Or maybe more like "Molly Maguires" on Football.

Jurassic Park. Geeze how much would I pay to go to the field Museum tommorow when I couldn't be bothered to go for free last month? I really should make a reverse bucket list of stuff i want to do 1. Intelligentsia coffee 2. Field museum 3. Walk the beach on edibles. 4. Fall asleep on beach on edibles. 5. Drink more coffee. 6. Take jog on Beach 7. Go to Portillos the one with the Daisy cutter 8. Go back to sleep on the beach. 9. Go to Jimmy buffets Margaritaville 10. See an epic movie at the imax at Navy Pear. Wow that seems extremely accomplishable

This is definitely better than pulp fiction but you need to be in the right mindframe

Binging "No Offense," police show set in Manchester.

    Just terrific.

Decent police work and very dark humor, plus a couple of candidates for Jiggs former list of "cute British girls."

    Up to Episode 6.

Superbad. Emma Stone is the best. She should just be in everything. Also trying to imagine what Michael Cera would look like older than 35 and I just can't.
