Please post the best links (homepage) to soccer news websites. Post a little information such as what leagues it specializes in and how current the news is.
For example, I usually check http:www.soccernet.com every day. It is slurred toward EPL and is not always that timely. There are other leagues covered but not in any great depth. Thanks for your contributions.

For U.S., MLS (particularly) and WUSA, I love cybersoccernews.com. They do a great job, Dan Loney is a great essayist and I hope they continue to grow in the coming years.

I don't go to a lot of sites, but I like soccer365.com too for both domestic and international soccer news, though it's definitely hit and miss with them (i.e., they don't cover everything).

www.socceramerica.com has timely information on the national team and national team players abroad.

www.internetsoccer.com used to provide more articles, but still offers a fairly comprehensive collection of major soccer news from all over the world.

www.teamtalk.com covers primarily English soccer, as well as rugby. However, they provide interesting rumors and pseudo-truthful news on Yanks Abroad, MLS, and National Team news.

Don't forget www.MLSNet.com. The site provides timely and objective game reports during the entire season.

Also, www.ussoccer.com has all the official news and information for the US Men's (and Women's?) National Team(s).

By far the best website was www.Onefootball.com but I think they are shutting down or going on hiatus because the site has not been updated for a while now. It covers every league as comprehensively as you can and it doesn't slant it's news coverage towards England like most english language websites.

These are incredible sites for updates from around the world.

    NewsNow Football
    Football News

OneFootball was useful because it had information from all around Europe but it constantly had false information and spelling errors.

    Others to check out:
    Ananova
    Sky Sports
    Football365
    Sporting Life
    The Sport Network
    Eurosport
    The Guardian
    The Times Online

www.planetfootball.com (one of the best in my estimation)

www.football365.com (not always straight up news, but good for a laugh as well)

teamtalk's alright, but ive found it somewhat unreliable when it comes to transfer news and the like.

those are the three general news sites i check regularly.

There is always www.skysport.co.uk for the Prem, and www.marca.es for La Liga. Football365 has good features and Danny Kelly's columns are hilarious, but hes leaving, and the site tends to take cheap shots toward the US now and then.

Nando Sportserver has different sites for International, MLS and "Other" soccer. I usually go to International which has a good mix from all countries:
