I believe you are talking about "personal forums", I think this feature (second link) has been abolished and those that had subscribed to Premium before it had been taken out have kept their "personal forums". The link you gave has some members who are no longer Premium Members like BadReligion.
But is has to be a forum with strong oil reserves or a great geographic location. And anybody that lives there must accept my beliefs.

Well the day is nearly over for me, no work to do and just pretending to be busy. Next week is my last week here so this weekend is a PARTEEEEEEEEIII and then HOLIDAY!!
