I guess I'll append as well, with five mostly recent favorites: 6. Rounders 7. American History X 8-9-10. The Bourne Trilogy
Personally, I can't come up with a given number of favourite movies regardless of genre and subject matter. I simply don't see how it can be done... comparing the quality of a historical war film to that of a romantic comedy just doesn't work in books. I need a particular subject. Par example, my top 10 drug movies: 1. Scarface 2. Trainspotting 3. Traffic 4. Requiem for a Dream 5. Layer Cake 6. Cidade de Deus (City of God) 7. Blow 8. 25th Hour 9. Training Day 10. Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas
Yes, Napoleon Dynamite, Superbad, Harold and Kumar is what it's all about...yess.... I think I'm starting to see a pattern here...forza is a reincarnated hipster ..or maybe he's this master of the sarcastic quip?
some terrific choices - yet de topic be Amerkianishe Filmz BTW - FM - Trainspotting - IMHO - one of the 10 greatest movies of all times - irregardless of age, nation, etc. - I'll show it to my kindele once she's 17/18.
Lets see some of your analogous lists gentlemen. Top 5 African conflict films: 1. Hotel Rwanda 2. The Last King of Scotland 3. Blood Diamond 4. The Constant Gardener 5. Lord of War
Bro why are you even here? You have no taste in football, never once have I read a half-decsent post from you. All you say is "lolll!" or " you're an idiot!!!." Everything about you sucks. 1. Your taste in movies sucks. 2. You're a closet Spartak fan. 3. You "support" Loko, and on top of that Russia doesn't even come close for you in that regard 4. You like the Patriots. 5. You're a hypocrite. 6. You know nothing about the NFL but pretend that you do. 7. You know nothing about hockey but pretend that you do. You're pretty much the biggest knucklehead in the universe, a horrible human being who I pray I never have the discomfort of meating.
Even though I found "Lord of War" to be fairly entertaining, I rounded out the top 5 with it largely because I couldn't think of anything better. Otherwise, piss off, "Hotel Rwanda" was stunningly moving. No issuing threats of cannibalism to other posters please!
