The first video ive seen in years which made me laugh out loud. This is really well done. DJ Shadow feat - Run the Jewels (or something similar. Its hard to tell with these kids)
My father saw three shows in England in the winter of 1944-5 while he was stationed there waiting to be sent to the continent: Shearing and Grappelli, one of the first shows, maybe the first, that the soon-to-be Marion McPartland sat in with Jimmy McPartland, and a USO show where Marlene Dietrich sang and played musical saw(!) Though he had been a major McPartland follower in the late '30s, he liked the Shearing/Grappelli show best... Nearly anything with Stephane is five stars, but this may be six on a scale of five...
It's actually amazing how good this CD is; even if you've never seen the show - or have and just don't like it, there's still some good tunes here.
