Welsh not satisfied...yet

One of the biggest challenges facing the Power is not having Christie Pearce and Tiffeny Milbrett in Saturday’s lineup. They have national team duty in Birmingham, Ala. Welsh says her team has enough depth to handle the challenge, and she has a good scoring partner for the game.

“[Tammy Pearman] will probably step into the role,” Welsh said. “Tammy and I had tons of time to play together in the pre-season, so her steeping in is not going to be that big of a change in being able to work off each other. That shouldn’t be a problem.”

Yeah Christie! She is amazing. I'm proud to say she is my fav. player.

It will be hard without Pearce and Millie but Orlandos and Salisbury are back kind of, so they can make a difference in the time they can play. And I feel like the NY Power confidence is up which makes a huge difference.
