I don't think so. I just looked outside and I'm not seeing any flying pigs.

You never know. Sometimes teams can sneak up on better teams. With the small pitch at Spartan that means that Nelsen and McKinley's lack of speed will not be such a detriment, and our guys can potentially get some headers. Olsen will have energy for a lot longer this time, and San Jose's defense is being reshuffled. Stranger things have happened.

I'm with Vicar ... the cup is one-quarter full (can't really call it half-full after such a drought as the water has half-evaporated ;)).

    We gotta score sometime!

Just as San Jose is bound to lose at home sometime this year. Why not now?

(ok, you don't have to list all the reasons)

    SJ 2 DCU 1

We finally get one from Quintanilla.

The irony will be that DCU scores but no one gets to see it because the LL baseball game goes way over time. :-(

We may score, but no one will see it.

WTF, can't they put the little guys on ESPN, instead of ESPN2? I am tired of *everything* in the world preempting MLS.

Well, I guess that will teach us for complaining about the referee.

MLS: OK, you guys don't like Noel Kenny? Here have Kevin Terry instead!

Of course you're not going to admit it ... we'd all think you were crazy. ;) But admit it, u were just testing the unwritten law of sticking your neck out right?

I guess United flies back to the west coast using AirBacon, one of the few airlines that seems to be solvent lately, or at least is in both the Black AND Red. :D

Well I got Quintanilla scoring, but I had him with one instead of two. I feel like such a poor fan!

    Good showing from the boys!
