I have a pending credit card charge from US Soccer for $99. Nothing yet in my account manager. Apparently, I got what I wanted from Group B.
The ticket is now in my account manager. I got my first choice location although Row 1 is lower than I would have chosen had US Soccer sold this event through the normal Ticketmaster process.
I got 4 seats in Section 131. That was my 4th preference. Had 3 higher-priced sections ranked higher but those all got taken.
You were group B, right? I think so, which is good in that A/B probably will always get their 1st choice.
Yes, group B. I hope you are right. Groups A and B likely are fairly small. The Mexico match in Cincinnati will have much greater demand. I guess you are wrong for the top dollar tickets. @silicus didn't get his first choice from group A. The most expensive tickets have very small inventory.
Ok, interesting. Group A (kudos brother...kudos). Just can't muster up the $500/year but damn the benefits for tickets the next 6 years will be critical! Jelly. But strange that Group A wouldn't have gotten the 1st slot or even the 1st 3 slots even if inventory is small. Either way, nice work man and will see you there.
Sadly I was having trouble with my application, before the deadline it never went through. So y’all know, when can people like me. That did not submit an application have a chance to buy tickets?
Upon further review, I got my second choice section of Level 6. I am in the half of Section 131 that is part of the red section on the stadium map at $300 per ticket. I guess these tickets get access to the Captain Morgan Club and are closer to midfield so they are $100 more each then tickets on the other half of Section 131. The charge hit my credit card this morning and I thought there was a mistake. But that explains the weird red section of the pricing map!
Apparently I didn't. Of course using TicketBastard who knows if it went through correctly. Well at least I have Nashville tickets even it's a lot farther away. Maybe I'll find someone with extras.
