Lo de Giovani ya es una mentada de madre, el tipo esta fracasando en la MLS y en lugar de sumar resta cuando juega en seleccion, claro mensaje de que no hay competencia y solo entran los "amiguis" de los lideres de la seleccion.
hasnt it always been like that, a new coach comes in then calls up a group of players, gets comfortable with them calls them up again even though some of those players arent in the best form compared to other players, seems typical
I'm trying to get back into Liga MX, but what position does Guzman even play? Was he not a CB a few season ago? Now he scores all the time so I'm guessing somewhere in the mid? Anyway so sad about Gio, it'd be one thing if he was ripping it up in MLS, but the guy sucks in the MLS so how is that suppose to translate into good form in the international game.
he can play all across midfield... He plays best as an AM with the freedom to roam all over the pitch... Alonso freed him from defensive duties, which enables him to have all time and space... He used to play as a RM in previous games...
Only our players' hunger for glory will take us far in this World Cup. Osorio does not have my vote of confidence.
Ni con rosas ni con claveles, no matter what call up, there will always be discontent. Que si experimenta mucho, que si no experimenta. ya chole /p
Osorio really wants to tie in his group heading to the WC, huh? The last couple of games doesn't count (because Mexico has already qualified) but it seems like Osorio is still trying to gel in his system and get his players comfortable around the usual faces. I can't say this is bad if the bulk of the players that was called up for the WCQs is the WC call up list. More continuity and familiarity is a good thing.
I would normally get mad about risking the players for what are meaningless games BUUUT this team needs all the cohesion it can get.
