I'm fairly sure this will be a 4-4-2 with Diaz in a free roll, its like he's trolling this forum that he left Sini at home and is playing this lineup where he could have Sini and Diaz out there. I would have played Jhon but lets see.

Mojica passes into space and Lucho makes a run…eventually led to a shot on goal from outside the 18

    Me like

Nice shot by Duvan…amazing how passing into space and making runs lead to opportunities…

We're not gonna have any possession at all with this lineup but at least we have two forwards who will cause a threat without much and Lerma can just kind of destroy. If we're gonna play defensive lets try to press up on them and create chances from that and Lerma helps in that regard and so does Yairo and Diaz both playing.

So far it looks good, playing away to Brazil I think this if a fine way to set up, but not in winnable games, today we look compact and ready to counter and press and create turnovers.

Also Zapata needs to learn how to not lose the ball; he's turned over twice already.

We do this thing where it’s a short goal kick by Tesillo to Ospina, waits until last second and passes to Mojica who then tries to send it 25 meters right back to Brazil.

Just wish we had someone in between who could help build up some movement / possession.

We are getting shots on goal. So I like what I am seeing.

Not backing down, but the yellow cards are the price paid…

so if Neymar slams into your back, causing your hand or elbow to touch his face, that's a yellow on you? Strange call but of course they call it.

    Half time.

I say we're not playing badly but we need better control in the midfield. We know that Diaz and Zapata are getting and making their attempts count as much as they can but they need more of that creative influence to support them.

Actually a guy like cantillo could be best in that transitional play who would then get the ball to James. But someone needs to be there instead of Mojica just sending it to someone with their back to the opposing goal

give Cuadrado till 65-70 then put in Muriel.

teams playing fine we need to watch our for a bullshit 2nd yellow or red.

Team finally passes and uses the mf. Issue now is Cuadrado and Diaz went kind of selfish

I think that half was good, we're playing a bunch of guys who will press and get into the Brazilians as soon as they pass half and hopefully turn the ball over and generate chances from that, its a good set up really. Brazil growing into the game and 2 of our yellows was a joke and Neymar can chest bump the ref and get nothing. We keep it close for another 20-25 minutes then bring James, Muriel, Borja to try and win it if its still tied. I'm scared of us getting a red though, probably need to think about swapping out some of these guys on yellows soon.
