We played a lot better against Palmeiras than Estudiantes. Babacar missing an open net, Pasqual rattling the post along with Tomovic chipping it just wide of the keeper. Palmeiras played well but we were unlucky to lose. Looking forward to the game in Peru

We beat Universitario 0-1 just now to close out the Copa Euroamericana. That win gave Europe the title as they were tied with the Americas 4-4. Next up, away to Malaga on the 10th.
Malaga look in good nick, watched them stuff Newcastle yesterday in the first half (though our defence is poor) and comfortably beat an awful West Ham today. Will be a good test.
