Would it be possible to start on Monday 31st July?

I have my oldest son down until 30th so time is limited.

It's the 3rd overall selection so I should be fine.

Bit harsh. I may make the odd dodgy selection every other game week but I'm hardly classified as the above

Looks like my on the road dates could be changing....

Vienna first (Sunday, 6th August) then Bratislava, Budapest and (perhaps) Lake Balaton - Monday, 7th August and Tuesday, 8th August.

If that's the case, normal schedule will resume on Wednesday, 9th August; with kick-off on the 11th.

    We love it!

I'm looking forward to getting this going, this party has hit a lull.

It doesn't seem as though anymore big signings will hit the game before the lock. I thought perhaps Lemar to Arsenal might happen in time but Monaco are now saying he's not for sale, so likely to drag on. We will not sell Sanchez until that deal or another is done.

I'm glad Morata, Lacazette, Lukaku were done early, makes the gamer fairer.

Shall we lock down and get going?

I do like early transfers. Levy is such a 'creativity with wicked words fails me right now'.

I would have no objections to starting early. I will be fast with my picks with no likely delays so am not really bothered. I have a feeling we might have some delays based on this thread.

You've picked 'Kane' Phil, I'm disappointed. I was hoping you would select another based on your dodgy first pick last year. Is this start now legit?

    1.1 - FergieRedNose2 - Kane - F - TOT - 12.5
    1.2 - Journeymen -
    1.3 - ChrisSuttonsSlippers -
    1.4 - Real Newark -
    1.5 - Lords of Luzhniki -
    1.6 - FC Epikoinos -
    1.7 - Keysersoze Wanderers -
    1.8 - BiggerBoat -

Thats true, I picked him up when he was injured in Oct/Nov off 'Kopiteinkc'. Him and Zlatan up front with Sane and King in midfield, I miss last years team!

    1.1 - (CET) FergieRedNose2 - Kane - F - TOT - 12.5
    1.2 - (-7) Journeymen -
    1.3 - (CET) ChrisSuttonsSlippers -
    1.4 - (-5) Real Newark -
    1.5 - (CET) Lords of Luzhniki -
    1.6 - (-6) FC Epikoinos -
    1.7 - (+9) Keysersoze Wanderers -
    1.8 - (+9) BiggerBoat -

I have added timezones from the CET. I am not sure if they are 100% correct but it helps to see why there might be a delay. We do jump around a fair bit.

I will likely choose Lukaku but he plays later today so will hold fire...

Fraser, if I pick, are you going to go ahead or wait? No point me picking otherwise.

Sorry guys. Been up at the lodge for a few days. Just back now. Need to catch up on the whole Dust scenario. If we move to a 9 team league doesn't that mean we will have to redo the draft order making this lockdown a non-starter?

Just realised we are still a man down in our own league - isnt it time to promote someone from another league - will we ever get this show on the road ?

Keyser is in, just not added his team to the fantasy league.

Those Aussies.... couldn't organise a piss-up in a one-pub town in The Outback.

Probably because they have to Bring Their Own to the Barbie.
