I wish so much that I would wake up tomarrow with the news that Bob Bradley has been sacked. He is not a good enough manager for the US national team, he cant get the team to be any better than they were before he got appointed on an interim and then permanent basis and there are managers out there who could certainly could do better in my mind.
Unforuntatly I dont see what is going to have to happen for the USSF to realize it, at least not until we throw away another World Cup.

I hope we get Adu in there, as well as Davies up top. I'm really surprised Spector didn't make the final 18. Pablo looks awful and Beasley isn't playing very well. I don't think Wynne is playing poorly but rather just inexperienced. Torres has been very good IMO.

USA looks totally shocked, they've played better before, but CRC also playing good. The play of the 2nd goal was brazilian type.

Yeah, but that is only a problem if you draw South Africa in the WC. It isn't so much playing away - although that can present problems - as it is the home field advantage for the opponent

Yes, of course it runs slicker. That's why the team practiced on the field the other day to try and get an idea of how to play the ball. I'm just saying that you lose some sharpness and the flow of the game. Maybe Adu could produce something but I think that's a bit of a gamble. On the other hand, we don't really have much to lose right now.

I think there was a combination of things tonight going on. I really believe the U.S. believe they are #14 in the world. They thought they could just waltz all over Costa Rica tonight. No heart and no fight tonight.

Beasley is a disaster in the back and is not a left back. Experiment gone bad. You don't put a guy in there who hasn't even played for his club team and has the first touch of an elephant. You cannot afford mistakes in the back.

Why would Bradley put Wynne out there in this type of game in a hostile environment and on concrete. Sink or swim? Well he is definitely sinking.

Donovan non-existent again when he is out of his "comfort zone." Dempsey needs a good kick in butt to get him going. He has bought into his own hype also.

A lot of humble pie these guys are eating tonight. I hope Bradley understands it is not time to experiment playing in Costa Rica.

Lesson learned and I hope they have learned tonight.

Apparently Bradley didn't like the fact that Torres was screwing up the bell curve.

The midfielders were caught upfield. Seeing that Bradley and Mastro play nearly every tough game, that's not a fault of an attacking lineup. Mastro and Bradley were scheduled to start in EVERYONE'S lineup leading into the game. The fact that they have screwed the pooch is not the fault of an attacking lineup. They have just stunk it up. They were the missing ingredient on the 2nd goal.

Why not just go back to Bob's bread and butter? As much as some people hate the 4-4-3 dual destroyer, it works. As long as Pablo is on the bench.
