No Dark Horse!!! The place is too small and it isn't conducive to the large crowd that AO will bring in.

We need to do Tir Na Nog for the pre-night party and McFaddens for the post game party.

You need to correspond with the other AO members here in Philly.

If you need help, please let me know.

Been talking with Korey - Delaware wants to pitch in and help as well. It's a home match for us too!

The AO site says the gathering's at McFadden's Ballpark. This true?

Are there any times associated with the night before party or the before the game party?

Is there going to be a tailgate? At least an area for people who want to tailgate to meet up?

working on the time for the night before party, but day of they are opening at 9 AM. No tailgate per say, but plenty of lots surronding the place to do your thing.

Didn't AO sell like 2,000 tickets? And I assume that the party isn't only for those in AO right?

You're going to have to show up pretty early to make sure you get in. Worst case would be take the trip the whole way and then not be able to have a sip of beer before the match. Can't say I'm too thrilled at lack of tailgate but I understand the logistics may not have worked.

Looks like I'll have to try and sober up postgame to get any sightseeing in (chances of this happening 0%)

I'm perfectly happy to show up early, especially if the weather is nice. They have a good-sized outdoor beer garden from what I understand, the menu looks pretty good... I could think of worse ways to spend a late-afternoon/early-evening on Friday.

I dunno, I guess I'm more annoyed with the choice to use this as the bar for Friday night as well. It seems like most people are staying in city center. We're only in Philly for a short time, I'd rather not waste time chugging out to the stadium over and over again.

Which is true, but then they run bus service all night long from the same spot.

It's a shame they consider Sam Adams an import, but $3 for Yuengling? You can't beat that.
