US Soccer best of.....

    Chicago Soccer was named best soccer store and Ginger's Ale house was named best soccer bar with the globe a distant 2nd. www.ussoccer.com

    They do a bloody good Chicken Curry at Gingers. At least they did when I went there.

    I don't (offhand) know anyone who has been to Ginger's more than once in the last two years, myself included. Good for them I guess but something seems awry.

    And how in christ is Fado not nominated ahead of them?

    In fact I can name 3 bars near by me where it's better and often do go ahead of Ginger's

    Globe and Fado are the best two in the city though there's bound to be a southwest side competitor springing up in Bridgeview or thereabouts soon.

    I think the us-england match had the best soccer atmosphere and the party at the globe afterwards was even better.

    Clearly Ginger's had more monkeys working computers than The Globe did. That's too bad, Jamie, Neal and Stuart deserve the title.

    True, but they won't take my business on credit, so I'd need that money first!

    Actually, that $ 50 was supposed to be used towards my Fire season ticket!
