Ole Gunnar Solskjaer! 3-nil to the Champions of England!!

Am I correct that Giggs assisted all 3 goals?

The BBC is crediting O'Shea with the first assist.

Anyone find it strange that with 4 goals, 4 scorers, Ruud Van Nistelrooy is not on the scoresheet?! :)

And that was Giggsy's 3rd assist of the night folks.

Well, so much for all the "this team is nothing without Ruud" talk.

But then maybe its Panathinakos' strategy backfiring. They had said they would shut down RVN. Fair enough, but they forgot about the ten other United players on the field.

Soccernet credited Giggs with the assist on the 4th goal. BBC credits O'Shea. Hmmm....

    Off-topic

I'm browsing through UEFA.com and found out they now have a new magazine you can subscribe to. It's GBP17.78 for 6 issues, so I thought to myself, hey this isn't so bad, maybe I'll subscribe to it. But as soon as I identified myself as an American, guess how much it is now: GBP47.76 (!!) Now is this just a typo or is it plain ridiculous? Does it take 5 pounds (+ normal shipping cost to Europe) to send a magazine overseas?

I do subscribe to United, the official mag, at GBP40 per year. They are available at my local bookstore for $6 plus tax, but only if you're quick, since they sell two (2) copies each month.

Yes we can. It can be found at Barnes and Noble or a person can subscribe to it. My wife gave me a subcription to it for Valentine's Day and she said she will continue making that my present.

    Must play better

mmmm......Very sloppy at times. United will have to play better against Arsenal. United gave the ball away too often, especially in the first half. Just as well we werent playing a better side.

Greek goalie had a mare. Ole shouldnt have scored, poor keeping. Their keeper was replaced at the start of the second half.

Ruud didnt score! Hopefully he is saving his goals for Sunday.

A win is a win though.
