Re: Re: Re: Re: expected attendance? funny funny. I'll be there, but I might be late since I have an exam that starts at 645. Parking should be plentiful since the Fall semester hasn't started yet, and Ludwig Field is surrounded by parking lots, which are free and no restrictions after 4pm.
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: expected attendance? Off topic, during a patriotic display on campus in support of the US invasion of Afganistan, I noticed a large contigent of red shirts... They read: *************** DUKE (and Bin Laden) You know, just showing how UMD students can show support for others while maintaining the campaign against D*ke.
I made a pest of myself and spammed all the soccer players I know, but I don't expect too much. I'll be there with my wife and kids, and a friend or two. Just have to find the way to Ludwig Field (and find my cow bell). dadman
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: expected attendance? Right. Terps are definitely too slow to figure this one out by themselves! On another note -- in the improbable event that Maryland actually wins, do you think they'll burn down their campus? Go Duke, Go Ali!
Little help? I appreciate the folks and maps, but could anyone give me some more idiot proof directions to the field?
Re: Little help? Where are you coming from? Do you need directions to the campus, to the field, or both?
Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: Re: expected attendance? I thought that win or lose, UMd burns down their campus.
the best way to get to the stadium from the Beltway is to go south on rt1 and then go right, which is west?, on Greenbelt rd. Greenbelt road will take you to the back of campus, where rt.1 goes past the front. After you get on Greenbelt road take a left at the 2nd light, which is by the North tower dorms and the new Performing Arts building. You will see them from the road. Drive up to the traffic circle and go right, from there you will see the parking lots up ahead and the stadium on the right. Plus there are signs directing you to campus and as long as you can find the campus you can find the stadium. Just remember it's in the back.
