Yes! But Norway have 2 points (draws with Belgium and Denmark), when Italy have 4 points (win on Switzerland and draw with Spain)
According to Norwegian FA website yesterday , the Norwegian FA is not sure if Norway have qualified ! http://www.fotball.no/t1.aspx?p=51831&x=1&a=195311 The rules for this qualification was that the best second team will qualify and that will be Italy. But in UEFA website it said the second best team after results against the best and third team, and then Norway is qualified. There is no info on UEFA website yet about qualified teams...
News in Norwegian FA website about the U19 team. They are qualified , but did not know that until they got home ! http://www.fotball.no/t1.aspx?p=51831&x=1&a=195361 They were really lucky , they had 3-1 in goal difference , and Italy had 4-3. Norway scored second goal in extra time against Romania.
Norway should be greatful to Romania and Switzerland. Romanians defeated Belgium and Swiss scored two goal when Italy was 3-0 up. Anyways congrats Norway.

Re: UEFA Women`s U19 Championship [R] Norway has just defeated the host nation Iceland 5-0 to complete today's matches. Here is the link to the uefa.com site that has the scores and match reports for today's action: UEFA European Women's Under-19 Championship Here is the link to a preview of the tournament that was also posted at uefa.com today: Germany focused on Nordic test I believe it was decided that it would be better for both Isabell Herlovsen and Elise Thorsnes to play in this U19 tournament instead of Norway's friendly match against the U.S. last Saturday. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see at least one or perhaps even both of these players make Norway's World Cup squad. And finally, I just received an SMS from Peter Tubaas reminding me to check the askerfk.no site for articles about the U19 tournament (Asker's Gunhild Kvaalen Herregården is on Norway's squad and she played all 90 minutes of today's match). Big Victory in EM Opening Match
