I know we're all excited but it could literally just 404 as it tries to refresh the page at 15:00 CET. It could just throw a permissions error at 15:00 CET. It could just take us to a splash page that says 'The portal is not open for you yet'.

So, let's just sit back and see. It's fun watching the bar go up at the very least eh

 

Where is the link to the ticket portal?

For me, when I use this link: https://euro2024-sales.tickets.uefa.com/account/advantages

It shows UEFA Euro 2024 logo and the text: You have been blocked

True! But still more exciting than focusing on my work for the next two hours.

 

Are you using a VPN?

 

No. Maybe I refreshed a few times to much in a short period of time. At first it came up 'technical error', I refreshed and then I got blocked. So a recommendation is to not refresh more than a few times. I need to reset my ip-address now.

On the phone however it works with no issues whatsoever and shows 'Ticket Portal Waiting Room' and states it will be available from 15.00 CET and the counter has started to progress.

 

Is that an issue? I'm in Spain using an UK server which I'd rather not pause as it messes up access to other sites if I switch around.

 

It can be. I used my office laptop and had the similar notice that was shared

 

Why does the URL says ticketshop?

 

Going up the queue to early you may get thrown out once you get to the end before 2pm GMT .... open a few browsers at different times

 

Agree. Usually something like 30, 20, 15 minutes prior to opening. Use a fresh seperate browser.

 

I tried and on Chrome it appears blocked, while on Edge it appears waiting room

 

I've it open on chrome

 

I have it open on chrome too, without issue.

I will open on Firefox and Microsoft Edge a bit later on

 

I am not blocked anymore on 'Edge-browser' but still on Chrome? Cookies thing maybe.
On my PC when I open it in the Edge-browser, I get this error.

Edit:
I just downloaded Firefox, says I'm blocked there as well so very strange that:

Edge - Works to see the portal, but shows a technical error
Chrome - Blocked
Firefox - Blocked
Using the same PC, same IP-address.

Still in the queue on my phone though, with the bar at around 70%.

 

Have chrome and Firefox both open no problems here

 

I can't get the bar to load on edge either. Just shows the picture I just uploaded.
Does not help to refresh and if I do more times, I will probably be blocked again.

Did anyone ever reached the end of that bar yet?

 

The bar has been moving pretty quickly at my end

 

I assume some people must have done so? I'm at 90% now and people went to the queue way before me. This is the most exciting thing so far this week and 100% it will end in disappointment.

 

Please do keep us updated if you can. Just find it a little strange that they said March and it's up now?

 

I reckon it's a way of blocking off the portal while they do some work on it, soon find out though..

 

I'm using all the force I have to slow the bar down. It's going to fast now and I don't want to reach the end of it before 3pm.
