Maccabi Tel Aviv 2 - 0 Lev. Tallin.

    MTA advances 4-0 on aggregate.

    Partziani 1 - 4 Hapoel Tel Aviv

    HTA advances 5-1 on aggregate.

All in all, this has been an outstanding week for Israeli soccer.

Hapoel were drawn in the same group as us again. If UEFA stick to what they did the last time and use the groups all the way thru we may meet in the third round.

Would look forward to that particular rematch.

    Any thoughts?

Boavista in the first round for Maccabi. Ouch! That's a pretty tough draw.

What do people know about FC Karnten?

A HTV - Chelsea rematch would be cool. I'd like to see a little rivalry of sorts develop.

The Israelis put the smackdown on the club presided over by none other than former Nazi and current right wing demagogue Jorg Haider. Nice!

Maccabi Tel Aviv 1 - Boavista 0 - Full Time.

The match tracker at Uefa.Com had 31 minutes of extra time in the Second Half. What's up with that?

It's a problem of the UEFA site.

The game ended after 90 minutes.

Great achivement for Maccabi i hope they will manage to hold their advantage in the away leg.
