I have another suggestion, I don't know if you'd agree on that Stevieg, why don't we lets say after round 3 start round 4 say 5 days later that'll give some of the managers time to get back after the holidays and fill in their blanks or then start new players instead like acmilan_barcelona for example and drop the ones that did not respond as of yet.
I agree with that idea we can finish up tommorow after Squadra picks and the pick it back up on sunday with either new ACTIVE managers or the old ones filling in their picks. Good Idea

1 thing though, if we fill in new active managers than the managers that havnt pick yet, then they newcomers will be upset that they didnt get a chance to pick anyone REALLy good (i.e the people we picked in the first round). what if they complain that we have all the good guys already, would this mean we have to restart the draft or its too bad for them?
I see but im hoping we only replace one or two managers but if its 4 or more then we will do a new draft.
