Roster release for the first of three U14G Talent Identification Camps:

    Two takeaways:

60 players per mini-camp (the boys’ camps had 80). That will be a more manageable number.

The National U14 camp date is listed (last paragraph) as May 18-23. This will be the last week of 8th grade school year for some, the week before the last for others. US Soccer's Developmental Academy had all the girls teams U15 and above in a week-long tournament in what was the the last full school week in December - also the last full week of a school semester in many areas.
    1. What are these people thinking?
    2. Who will dare to push back about this disregard of the academic interests of these athletes?
