It was originally winners + the best second place team along with winners from a playoff involving the other second place finishers. Due to covid it’s been revised to scrap the playoff and now the five best second place teams automatically qualify along with group winners.

If we beat Cyprus and Holland beats Belarus, and if the goal differential remains as it is now, we’d have to beat Holland 19-0 in the final group game to catch them on goal differential, which is the second tiebreaker after pts in head to head games.

For the record, we have already officially qualified for this tournament. The final match vs Holland, regardless of result is now irrelevant in regards to qualification as we are already assured of being one of the top 5 second place finishers.
