A reasonable request. I don't exert myself at all during the games, and I manage to not fall asleep until sometime in the second half.
I cannot make it to the match. I threw my tickets (non-Nordecke) up on TM at face value. They sold quickly. Hopefully that means there is a buzz for the match and we can hold on for dear life and try to protect a lead.
Ticketmaster is showing a sellout. So at least we'll all be disappointed while surrounded by 20k of our closest friends.
Let's hope the rain gods save us and the hurricane goes east after landfall ... if it comes back west any, we'll have rain all weekend!
Saturday marks the final opportunity during the 2022 regular season for Crew fans to catch the Black & Gold at home. The first 15,000 fans inside Lower.com Field on Saturday will receive a pair of Crew sunglasses from EASE Logistics. Additionally, all Season Ticket Members will receive a 20 percent discount at the Crew Shop all fans inside Lower.com Field will be able to enjoy $2 off all non-alcoholic beverages, and fans 21+ will receive $2 off alcoholic beverage purchases. And so much more!
Promotion makes sense considering that watching the Crew is like staring directly at the sun for two hours.
Crew have the second fewest losses in the league, next to Philly. NYRB has one of the strongest away records in the league My heart says we're way over due for a win, but this game has 1-1 tie written all over it. Following my head; 1-1. Hopefully just not in a way as devastating as last time.
You're crazy for a lot of sh!t, for thinking we can win though, you have company. Have we ever had a sell-out essentially coinciding with a Buckeye game?
A sellout? That'd be an interesting research question. I know we've come close many times...but close doesn't count, does it?
It'll be sweatshirt weather for the DORA, which opens at 4. Clouds and temps struggling to reach 70. It seems to be a dry day, but the hurricane is definitely a wild card.
