Because he's an alcoholic, he doesn't respect the authority, and doesn't have discipline in/out the field.
Also, he wasn't part of the NT during the last 3 years (exactly like Pizarro, Morales, Valdés, Maldonado, etc).
He's doing "good", but in 2nd division.
