For the lack of putting this into a more proper forum, looks like Charlie Stillitano (previously from ChampionsWorld) and Jeff Kessler lost another soccer-related lawsuit, this time with Relevent Sports attempting to put La Liga matches on foreign (American) soil. Big victory for FIFA and US Soccer against Relevent’s attempt to force them to allow non-domestic league games to be played in the US https://t.co/MC8TQAIYqo— Steven Bank (@ProfBank) July 20, 2021 Is this the seventh soccer-related lawsuit that Kessler managed to lose? @Beau Dure? I've lost count, lol.
I had forgotten about this proposal and lawsuit. In light of the protests against the European Super League, there was no way that fans would allow regular season games would be played outside of their countries now. It was a dumb idea to begin with and an even worse one now.
