    Any websites that have the history of this already?

    Any websites documenting all games (and locations played) by US or Mexico NTs?

    This is my starting point for regularly held events in the US, help me add to the list:

    Gold Cup
    World Cup qualifiers
    various Euro club preseason Euro tours
    Interliga?
